A team of students of Central University of South Bihar (CUSB) won five medals in the National Integration Camp of National Service Scheme (NSS) organized at Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University (Hisar, Haryana). CUSB Vice Chancellor Prof. Kameshwar Nath Singh congratulated and best wishes to the students who gave excellent performance in the camp. Appreciating the NSS unit of the university, the Vice-Chancellor said that in the camp one gets an opportunity to meet and understand people of different cultural, socio-linguistic and different beliefs of the country and human values are developed among the youths.
The students participated in the weekly program under the patronage of National Service Scheme Coordinator Dr. Budhendra Singh, while the program was presented by the children under the leadership of Program Officer Dr. Priya Ranjan. Giving detailed information, Dr. Budhendra Singh Said that children from seventeen states across the country took part in the national integration camp, in which cultural programs, art exhibitions, classical dance, classical singing, classical music, folk dances, folk songs and other educational programs, speeches, etc. were organized. While CUSB student Sanjeev Kumar enthralled the program in flute playing, Awasthi Anand and Yashaswini Moonjini mesmerized the audience in singing. Charushila Rajkumar Kamble presented a beautiful presentation in the art exhibition. In solo dance Pragya Rai and in group dance all the children including Awasthi Anand, Pragya Rai, Sanjeev Kumar, Yashaswini Munjini, Sandeep Kumar and Charushila Rajkumar Kamble spread their fire. During the cultural programmes, the children performed Chhath, Kajri dance, Maithili dance and Bhojpuri dance, the famous holy festival of Bihar.
