Over 100 students from different departments of Central University of South Bihar (CUSB) cracked the national level UGC NET – JRF December 2022 examination. Aditya Tiwari from the Department of Mass Communication and Media and Shivani Kumar from the Department of Statistics qualified for JRF. A total of seven (07) students of the Department of Environmental Science have qualified in the UGC-NET December 2022 exam, including Vishal Kumar Gupta, Apoorva Singh, Shubham Kumar, Rajeev Kumar, Kumari Saumya, Ashish Kumar and Bhawna Raj. Seven (07) students from the Department of Historical Studies and Archeology have qualified for NET which include Ambuj Kumar Srivastava, Sukriti Sinha, Divya Kumari, Shubhendu, Nitesh Kumar, Biswa Ranjan and Amrit Raj. Five (05) students of the Department of Sociological Studies have qualified in the examination which include Sujit Kumar Lal, Sanjay Kumar Verma, Aditi Kumari, Shweta Singh and Nibha Kumari.
A record 12 students of the Department of Teacher Education of the Central University of South Bihar (CUSB) have been successful in the national level UGC NET – JRF December 2022 examination. Four students of Teacher Education Department namely Praful Kumar, Sarthak Das, Abha and Jyoti Kumari have qualified for JRF while eight (08) other students respectively Manisha Kumari, Prabhakar Kumar Bittu, Kumari Sundaram, Priyanka Raj, Aditya Shankar, Chandramani Sinha, Pratibha Kumari and Swati Mishra have cracked the exam for NET (Lectureship).
Five (05) students of Computer Science Department have been successful in NET (Lectureship) which include Balmukund Jha, Aman Kumar Raut, Dhiraj Kumar, Sumit Kumar and Manish Kumar. Karan Sagar from the Department of Life Science has cracked the JRF while Ashish Ranjan, Manish Kumar, Liyavirhi Movi and Sanya Jaiswal have qualified for NET (Lectureship). Nishi Srivastava, a student of the Department of Psychology, has been successful in securing JRF while Anila Daniel, S. Nivedita, Suraj Patil and Vaishali TK have secured NET (Lectureship) marks. Shweta Sharma of Department of Political Studies has qualified for JRF while seven (07) other students Anjali Kumari, Anuradha Kumari, Ashish Kumar, Neeraj Kumar, Jitendra Kumar, Rakesh Kumar and Shivam Kumar have qualified for NET (Lectureship) respectively. The game is over. Om Prakash Sahu, a student of the Department of Economic Studies and Policy has qualified for JRF and eight (08) students namely Sushmita Mishra, Abhay Kishore, Sushma Kumari, Keshav Anand, Pritam Kumar, Sania Iqbal, Manoj Limbu and Raviranjan have qualified for NET (Lectureship) is | Kanchan Kumari from the Department of Commerce and Business Studies and Priyanka Toppo and Abhishek Kumar from the Department of Hindi have qualified for NET (Lectureship).
Along with these departments, students of other departments and courses of CUSB have also achieved success in this prestigious examination. It is to be known that every year a large number of students from CUSB get success in the UGC NET-JRF exam and here the students are guided efficiently by the teachers.
Students who qualify JRF will get PhD (for research) 35000 (thirty five thousand) per month scholarship, along with house rent allowance and contingency for research. Simultaneously the successful students for JRF become eligible for Lectureship (Assistant Professor). Wherein the students who qualify NET have become eligible for Lectureship (Assistant Professor).
